MUSHROOM PIZZA



A low sodium version of pizza.

Ingredients
1 Zeus® Whole Wheat Greek Pita
1 tsp roasted garlic puree
1 Tbsp homemade pizza sauce
2 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp chopped bell pepper
3-4 sliced shittake mushrooms*
1½ tsp nutritional yeast
2 chopped TreStelle® Bocconcini medallion slices



Preparation
* Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes.


  1. Preheat oven at 400F.
  2. Spread a thin layer of roasted garlic onto pita.
  3. Layer with a thin spread of pizza sauce right to edge.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
  6. Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
Yield: 1  7-inch pizza (135g)
