OPTIMISM
Past Week's Average Daily Consumption: Energy = 1064 cals. Na = 1822mg
It's NYE. Let's hope that 2013 will include the right attitude of hope and conduct for future hypertension conditions unfolding as optimal as possible in the New Year. Now that the decadent binging of the holidays are over, it is time to get back to being more determined in my efforts to keep the blood pressure low. I have 6 months before my next check-in and I want the numbers to be not just okay but fantastically okay.
