Can't say that I've done very well this past week with the travelling and eating out. I've been taking in much more sodium that I should be and I see the doc later this coming week. Hope my numbers even out before I go in to be tested.
I also got to make a drug run today for more HT meds.
On the homefront, the pantry needs re-stocking before the holidays and my oven has bit-the-dust. There may be no roasted turkey this Christmas.
